Dr. NGP Beginners Business Council (BBC) at Dr. NGP Arts and Science College recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AADH Intellectual Property & Tech Ventures.
The MoU establishes a framework for structured collaboration to enhance intellectual property (IP) awareness, innovation protection and commercialisation preparedness within the Dr. NGP BBC ecosystem.
The MoU signing ceremony was graced by Mathura V. Palaniswami, Director of the Council; Buvaneswaran, CEO, Dr. NGP Research and Educational Trust; and Saravanan, Principal of the college.
AADH Intellectual Property & Tech Ventures was represented by Sivakumar Thirumoorthy, Founder, Indian Patent Agent and Startup IP Facilitator.
The MoU aims to formalise cooperation in promoting intellectual property literacy and awareness of innovation ownership, enabling early-stage innovators to make informed decisions regarding IP protection, supporting the translation of ideas into protectable and commercially viable technologies, and strengthening the overall startup and innovation ecosystem associated with Dr. NGP BBC.
The event was organised by Rajathi, Incubation Coordinator; Kannan, Incubation Coordinator; Ajay Samuel, Incubation Manager; and Vaishnavi, Incubation Associate, of the Business Council.
