Cocozan Private Limited, a student venture incubated at PSG College of Arts and Science, has been awarded the prestigious EDII Innovation Voucher Programme (IVP-A) Grant of ₹3 lakh by the Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute (EDII-TN), Government of Tamil Nadu.
Founded by Vasanth Akash, B.Com. BPS, 2022–25 Batch, and Abinayavikashini, I Year, M.A. Mass Communication, Cocozan is developing an innovative herbal chocolate formulation to support menstrual health.
The startup is also recognised by DPIIT – Startup India and has secured a published patent for its formulation. The grant will help accelerate prototype development, product validation and commercialisation.
