South India’s largest integrated B2B exhibition for the food, beverage, food processing, and hospitality sectors was inaugurated today at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex.
The expo was inaugurated by the Chief Guest R. Ponnuswamy, Chairman and Managing Director of Aroma, along with Madhampatty Rangaraj, CEO of Madhampatty Thangavelu Hospitality; and Krishnakumar, Director, Madhampatty Group of Companies in the presence of Vijayalakshmi, Executive Director, Aroma and other event dignitaries.

Ranjith Kumar, Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Catering Association, and Perur Hariharan, Secretary of the association, also graced the inaugural ceremony.
The three-day exhibition will continue until July 3. The expo will remain open from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on July 1 and 2, and from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on the final day.
Organised by Synergy Exposures & Events, the exhibition brings together five major industry events under one roof, including the Bakers Technology Fair, India HoReCa Expo, Food & Drink Processing Expo, India Food Pack Expo and Food Confluence.
Spread across six exhibition halls, the event is expected to feature more than 300 exhibitors, attract participants from over 35 countries and facilitate more than 3,000 B2B meetings, providing a significant platform for business networking, technology showcase and industry collaboration across the food, beverage, food processing and hospitality sectors.
