National Model Senior Secondary School conducted the “Early Years Empowerment Workshop” on Saturday under the theme “A Strategic Partnership in Conscious Parenting.”
The event saw participation from parents of Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG students, with the school mandating the presence of both parents to emphasise the importance of a unified home–school approach.
The programme began with a welcome address by Lavanya, Vice Principal. The key highlight of the event was an intensive workshop led by Chetan Jaiswal, CEO of MyPeegu and a globally recognised education thought leader.
Jaiswal guided parents through the science and principles of child psychology, offering practical strategies to nurture empathy, resilience, and academic discipline at home. The session was followed by an interactive Q&A, allowing parents to seek personalised guidance.
As a symbolic gesture of growth and nurturing, the school distributed Tulsi plants class-wise, representing fresh beginnings and strong foundations in the KG wing. A special video titled “Experience KG at National Model” was also screened, showcasing the vibrant learning environment in the classrooms.
