Kasturi Sreenivasan Art Gallery, Coimbatore kicked off the first art exhibition under its Aurora Series 2026 on Thursday.
It joined hands with Alagappa University, Karaikudi to exhibit the paintings of the varsity students pursuing Bachelor of Fine Arts (Final Year) that have been made on the theme ‘Varnathukil’, under the leadership of Vijay Manian, Adjunct Faculty, Department of Fine Arts at Alagappa University.
This exhibition cum sale event was inaugurated by Prof. Senthamizhpavai, Head, Department of Fine Arts at Alagappa University. The painting can be viewed from 10.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. till Sunday.
It is important to state that Kasturi Sreenivasan Art Gallery has so far held 232 art exhibitions under various banners from the year 2003.
