A two-day training programme on “Commercial Production of Vegetable and Fruit Products” will be held at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, on May 5 and 6, 2026, between 9.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.
The training will cover processing technologies such as dehydrated vegetables and fruits, mixed fruit jam, squash, ready-to-serve beverages, pickles, candy, and fruit bar.
Interested participants are required to pay a fee of Rs. 1,770 (Rs. 1,500 + 18% GST), which is to be paid in person on the first day of training.
