To promote the importance of voting and encourage maximum voter turnout across all booths, a voter awareness bike rally was successfully organized at Kuniamuthur region on Sunday, with the support of the Federation of Residents’ Associations.

Dhatchinamoorthy, Assistant Commissioner (South Zone), Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC), flagged off the rally from ‘Park Avenue’ Park.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from residents, with numerous riders joining the rally carrying voter awareness flex boards mounted on their bikes, creating strong visual impact throughout the route.

The rally proceeded through key areas including Sai Garden, Palakkad Main Road, Rice Mill Road, Amman Kovil Street, Rajagopal Nagar, Sakthi Nagar, Nirmala Matha Convent Road, and Thirunavukkarasu Nagar, before turning at Vasan Eye Care Junction and finally concluding at Subbulakshmi Nagar 6th Street Park.

During the procession, participants actively engaged with the public by spreading awareness messages and placing voter awareness stickers at various prominent locations, ensuring that the message reached a wide section of the community.

The event was hosted by Nisar Ahmed, President of Subbulakshmi Nagar Association, and was well-coordinated with the support of Abdul Hakkim, President of the Federation of Residents’ Associations, along with other association members Secretary Sadashivam ayya and volunteers.
