The Department of Visual Communication at Hindusthan College of Arts and Science inaugurated the Virtue 360 clubs on 25th July 2025.
The Virtue 360 initiative comprises six clubs: Journalism, Radio, Creative, Photography, Music, Film and Dance.
The inauguration was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Pranav Teophine, a college alumnus and actor of the movie Narivetta. Jone Antony Raja, Head of the Department, delivered the welcome address.
Ponnusamy, Principal of the college, delivered the felicitation address. He stated that the programs conducted by the Visual Communication Department are unique compared to others and appreciated the department’s creative thinking. He also advised students to identify and nurture their skills early in their college life.
In his address, Chief Guest Pranav shared personal values that helped him succeed in life—hard work, self-confidence, and creativity—and emphasised the importance of shaping one’s future.
He encouraged students to dream big, stay confident, remain persistent, and work toward achieving their goals.
He further advised them to learn from their mistakes, stay focused on their career paths, understand their ambitions clearly, and be courageous in pursuing their dreams.
He also highlighted the importance of making the best use of opportunities and never forgetting the people who support them. Following his speech, he interacted with the students and answered their questions.
