The Department of Interventional Radiology at G. Kuppuswamy Naidu Memorial Hospital (GKNMH) is hosting the Indian Society of Neuroradiology (ISNR) Midterm Conference 2025, titled ‘Unveiling the Future of Stroke Care’, on July 11th and 12th, 2025, at The Residency Towers, Coimbatore.

This two-day conference aims to raise awareness about stroke and its management.

The event was inaugurated yesterday (July 11, 2025) by the Chief Guest, Padma Shri Mylswamy Annadurai, Former Director of ISRO, along with the Guest of Honour, Dr. Ragupathy Veluswamy, Chief Executive Officer of GKNMH.

Dr. Mathew Cherian, President; Dr. Ajay Kumar, Secretary; Dr. Nagarajan, Organising Chairperson; and Dr. Rasmiranjan Padhi, Organising Secretary of ISNR, also graced the occasion.

Chief Guest, Mylswamy Annadurai, released a stroke awareness booklet.

The conference has brought together leading neuroradiologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, and medical professionals from across India and abroad to discuss the latest advancements in neuroradiology, imaging technologies, and stroke treatment modalities.
