Rangasamy, Chief Minister of Puducherry, graced as the Chief Guest and Lakshminarayanan, the Minister for Public Works & Tourism, Government of Puducherry, was the Guest of Honour. Udhayakumar, founder of the CNI, addressed the gathering.
