The Welfare Department of KV Institute of Management and Information Studies organised a vibrant and energetic event titled “Stone Stormers”, based on the traditional game Lagori – Seven Stones, for the students at the college premises
The event witnessed participation from students across various departments. “Stone Stormers” aimed to promote physical activity, teamwork, and cultural appreciation through a fun-filled sports event.
The event was coordinated and executed by student coordinator Nishanthan, who ensured smooth planning and management throughout.
The registration process began a week prior, and students eagerly signed up in teams to compete in the thrilling contest. The competition was structured in knockout rounds, allowing each team to showcase their skills and strategies.
Safety measures were taken into account, with faculty members and coordinators overseeing the event. All teams demonstrated great sportsmanship, cooperation, and enthusiasm. Spectators cheered on their peers.
The final round was highly competitive and showcased intense gameplay. Winners were awarded certificates.
