A three-day Book Exhibition was inaugurated at Hindusthan College of Arts & Science on Wednesday.
The exhibition is jointly organised by Vaasippu Muttram, the Oratory Club (Echo Chamber), and the College Library to encourage reading habits and promote a vibrant reading culture among students. The exhibition was inaugurated by Ponnusamy, Principal of the college.
The event features a wide range of books covering literature, fiction, non-fiction, academic subjects, general knowledge, and other areas of interest, providing students and faculty members with an opportunity to explore and select books of their choice.
The initiative aims to encourage students to develop a regular reading habit, broaden their knowledge, and discover the joy of reading beyond the classroom.
The Book Exhibition will be held from September 23 to 25, 2026, at the College Library and will remain open from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
“Turn a Page, Start a Journey” is the message of the exhibition, reflecting its objective of inspiring students to make reading a meaningful part of their academic and personal lives.
