- Those born after 1987 must submit one supporting document.
- Individuals born after 2004 must provide their own document along with documents of both parents.
After house-to-house verification:
- Draft electoral rolls will be published on December 9, 2025.

According to the ECI, elections will be conducted based on the updated rolls released after the revision process is complete. Voters will later receive special enumeration forms containing their details.
To ensure accuracy, election officials will visit households up to three times for voter verification. The Commission also stated that no eligible voter’s name has been removed from the list, and that 12 types of documents, including Aadhaar, will be accepted for verification.
Since 1951, eight special intensive revisions have been carried out, the last one being in 2004.
