KG Group’s Town and City Developers (TNCD), one of Coimbatore’s leading real estate developers launched its latest resident project called United City at EllaiThottam Road, Peelamedu, recently.
The project was launched by Sanjana Vijayakumar, Co-Founder; Suresh Kumar, Senior Vice President; Joshua, Marketing Head, Town & City Developers.

1 BHK starts at Rs. 29.99 lakhs, 2 BHK starts at Rs.48.99 lakhs and 3 BHK starts at Rs.64.99 lakhs. 90% loan facility and 80% loan facility for 1 BHK and 2 BHK respectively can be arranged by TNCD as it has tied up with 10 banks to provide loan support to customers.
At present the interest rate is 8.4%. Middle-class and IT professionals have been the predominant customers of TNCD, and already 50% of the units under this new project have been sold, Sanjana shared.
