The Centre for Post-Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College & Research Institute (AEC&RI), under Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, will conduct a two-day training programme on “Value Added Products from Banana and Curry Leaf” on June 3 and 4, 2026.
The training programme will be held at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, AEC&RI, TNAU, Coimbatore, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Participants will receive hands-on training in the preparation of various value-added products, including:
- Banana powder
- Banana flower pickle
- Banana stem candy
- Banana jam
- Banana health mix
- Banana instant ice cream mix
- Curry leaf powder
- Curry leaf paste
- Curry leaf instant rice mix

The registration fee is Rs. 1,770 (Rs. 1,500 plus 18% GST). The fee should be paid in person on the first day of training through UPI only.
