The Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Allied Health Sciences recently organised its Freshers’ Day, titled “Novato Fiesta 2K25,” at the college campus.
The programme was presided over by R. Sundar, Managing Trustee, SNR Sons Charitable Trust, who, in his presidential address, emphasised the importance of values, integrity, and holistic development.
Narendran, Joint Managing Trustee, also graced the occasion.
The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr. Asokan, Neurologist, Sri Ramakrishna Hospital, whose inspiring address highlighted perseverance, commitment, and the significance of mental well-being in achieving academic and professional success.
The programme also witnessed the presence of Ramkumar, CEO of the trust; Mahesh Kumar, Chief Administrative Officer of the college; and Raja Gopal, Medical Director.
Earlier, Alagappan, Medical Superintendent, delivered the welcome address, urging the freshers to pursue their studies with discipline, dedication, and compassion.
As a special highlight, the Course Directors ceremonially presented badges to the freshers, symbolising their formal induction into their respective courses and the institution, marking the beginning of their academic and professional journey.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Sathya.
