Simple Energy, one of India’s leading premium electric vehicle companies, opened its first showroom in Tamil Nadu today (21st July 2025) at GN Mills, Coimbatore.
Dr. Velumani, Founder of Thyrocare, inaugurated the store as the Chief Guest by cutting the ribbon and lighting the lamp.
The inauguration took place in the presence of Suhas Rajkumar, Co-founder and CEO of Simple Energy, along with other esteemed guests.
The brand’s flagship electric scooters, Simple ONE Gen 1.5 and Simple OneS, were unveiled during the event.
Notably, these scooters are designed in India.
Simple Energy already has its stores in Bengaluru, Goa, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Vizag, Kochi, and, most recently, Pune.
The company aims to establish 10 centres in Tamil Nadu, including one in Chennai, in the coming days.
Additionally, it plans to set up 150 retail outlets and 200 service centres across key cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Kolkata by FY26.
