Group 6 of Rotaract District 3201 launched Project SHLOKS, a six-part community service initiative led by Rtr. Shlok Khandelwal, the Group Rotaract Representative.
The project was conducted on 23rd June 2025 at Madukkarai Panchayat Union Middle School, Palathurai. Its primary objective was to improve the school by fulfilling its basic needs.
With a total project value of ₹1,30,000, the team undertook several initiatives: painting blackboards in classrooms, donating benches and desks, installing a school nameboard, setting up a water purifier, awarding medals and certificates to students on their Annual Day, and launching skill-building sessions.
The event was made with the collective efforts of the Rotaract Clubs of Coimbatore Smart City, Coimbatore Unique, Coimbatore Unity, Coimbatore R.S. Puram, CUG, Happy Valley, Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, KPR College of Arts, Science and Research, and PSGR Krishnammal College for Women.
