The Rotaract Club of HICAS (Hindusthan College of Arts and Science), in association with The People Catalyst, Coimbatore Vizha and NHRD, hosted the HR360 2025 conference on 22 November at the college campus.
With more than 110 participants, including students, academicians and industry professionals, the conference emerged as a significant platform for learning and professional exchange.
The event began with a keynote address by Rani Sapthika, Deputy Director of HR at Integra Global Solutions, who set the tone for discussions on the future of work and evolving people practices.
This was followed by a panel discussion moderated by Gowtham Kalyan, Manager – HRBP at L&T Finance.
The panel featured industry experts including Shobana Avis, HR Business Partner, Wipro; Jessintha, Senior People and Culture Specialist, Kovai.co; Krithika Selvaraj, Manager – Human Resources, Pricol; Praveen, Founder, Hireozoid; and Karthikeyan, Branch HR, Finest Coder.
The panelists shared clear, experience-driven insights that helped participants understand workplace expectations, talent development, culture building and real-time industry challenges.
An interactive activity session led by Mohamed Afsar provided participants an opportunity to engage, collaborate and think creatively.
Throughout the day, HR360 remained focused on driving meaningful outcomes. The conference facilitated more than five internship opportunities and three interview opportunities for attendees, while also enabling them to build valuable connections with seasoned HR professionals.
Supported by NHRD, The People Catalyst and Coimbatore Vizha, the event concluded with a brief valedictory session acknowledging the collective efforts behind the conference.
HR360 2025 stands as a milestone for the Rotaract Club of HICAS, offering learning, exposure and opportunities that will continue to benefit participants long after the event.
