Reimagining Enhances Productivity -Kavidasan, Director, Roots Group of Companies 

The Coimbatore Productivity Council organised its 14th Edition of Productivity Conclave under the theme Future-Ready Productivity: Integrating Emerging Technologies for Sustainability on 20^th February 2025.

The event was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest Harjeet Singh Wahan, Principal Business Consultant and Trainer, Coimbatore and the Guest of Honour Kavidasan, Director, Roots Group of Companies, Coimbatore.

Sudhakar, President of the council and Ravikumar Honorary Secretary were also present.

The Guest of Honour, Kavidasan, highlighted five key points in his special address: Honesty, Integrity, Safety, Quality, and Productivity. He stated, “Training is not about teaching; it’s about learning by the Participants.” He encouraged all participants to actively listen and learn from every session of the program.

Furthermore, Kavidasan introduced the word RISE as a mantra to enhance productivity. He explained:

• I stands for Innovate to Accelerate Speed.
• S stands for See beyond to think beyond.
• E stands for Explore to unlock hidden potential
