With the objective to strengthen its international academic partnership, P.K. Das Deemed to be University, Coimbatore signed a MoU with BRICS+ Consortium recently.
A MoU signing ceremony was held at the varsity where international guests, including Indian Representative of the BRICS+ Consortium, Mitali G. Trochin was joined by P K Das Deemed to be University’s Pro-Chancellor, Krishnakumar and Vice Chancellor Nagaraja.
A key highlight of the program was an inspiring expert interaction spearheaded by the delegates from BRICS+ Consortium. “The interaction provided students with valuable insights into professional development, international perspectives and the importance of developing a broader outlook in an increasingly interconnected world,” a press release said.
The MOU represents an important step towards creating avenues for academic collaboration, student engagement, knowledge exchange, cultural interaction and research collaboration. It is also expected to open new avenues for joint research initiatives, higher education, professional networking and potential international career and employment opportunities for students and graduates.
The program was organised and coordinated under the leadership of Nehru Group’s Director, Muralidharan with the active support and cooperation of all the Principals of the Nehru Group of Institutions.
