The students of KV Institute of Management (KVIM) celebrated International Yoga Day at the college campus on 21st June 2025.
The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being through the ancient practice of yoga.
Students, faculty members, and staff participated.
The day featured a series of energizing yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), guided by experienced yoga instructors.
The event also featured a brief meditation session aimed at relieving stress and enhancing focus. Many students spoke of the calming effect the practice had on their minds, helping them feel rejuvenated and ready to tackle their academic and personal challenges.
“We are proud of the amazing participation from our students in this global event. Yoga not only improves physical health but also promotes mental clarity and emotional resilience.
It’s important for students to take time for self-care amidst their busy academic schedules,” said the college.
