Vanakkam HRD, a community of HR professionals and business leaders based in Chennai, organised India HR Confluence 2026 – Coimbatore at Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College.
The confluence brought together more than 300 HR professionals, CHROs, HR leaders, talent experts, people managers and business leaders for discussions and networking.
The event was organised to provide a platform for HR and business leaders to exchange ideas, share industry experiences and discuss emerging trends and challenges in human resource management.
The confluence focused on workplace changes, talent management, leadership, employee engagement and the future of work.
Kanimozhi, MLA, Kavundampalayam, Coimbatore, was the chief guest. Muthusamy, Academic Director, Dr. N.G.P. Educational Institutions; Mathura V. Palanisamy, Trustee, Dr. N.G.P. Research and Educational Trust; and Saravanan, Principal of the college, participated in the event.
The programme included sessions and interactions with HR and business professionals on people practices, leadership strategies and changing workforce expectations.
