The Indian Institute of Foundrymen (IIF) Coimbatore Chapter held its 59th chapter day and Annual Chapter Meeting recently in the city, where it also announced the formal leadership transition for the year 2026-28.

Outgoing Chairman, K.Veluswami welcomed the gathering. Prabhu Dharmarajan, Honorary Secretary of the association presented the Annual Report while Ramesh Babu, the honorary secretary of IIF-SR presented the Technical Committee mementos and also gave away the prizes to the winners of the 10th Badminton Tournament.

Deepak Reddy, Managing Director of Nelcast took part as the Chief Guest of the event, and delivered a special address.

V.Sivaprakash took over as the New Chairman of IIF – Coimbatore Chapter, and along with him, Hari Viswanathan, Shivakumaran and Rajkumar took over as the new Vice Chairman, Hon.Secretary and Hon.Treasurer respectively.

Outgoing Hon.Secretary, Dharmarajan rendered the formal note of gratitude.
