The Department of Computer Science with Cognitive Systems and the Department of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at Hindusthan College of Arts and Science (HICAS) organised a seminar titled “Social Enterprise – Awareness of Trends in Technology” recently.
The welcome address was delivered by Saranya, Assistant Professor. The keynote session was presented by Saravanakumar, Software Testing Professional, SK Social Enterprise, Coimbatore.
He shared valuable insights into emerging technology trends and explained how digital technologies are transforming education, healthcare, and environmental initiatives through social enterprises. He also highlighted successful case studies and emphasised the importance of collaboration between technology organisations and social enterprises to create sustainable social impact.
The seminar provided students and faculty members with an opportunity to understand the growing role of technology in addressing social challenges while encouraging innovation, collaboration, and responsible digital transformation.
