Christ the King Engineering College (CKEC) celebrated Freshers’ Day 2026 with great enthusiasm and grandeur, warmly welcoming the newly admitted first-year students.
Xavier Manoj, Administrator, delivered the welcome address and encouraged the students to make the best use of the opportunities available to them for their academic and personal growth.

Robinson, Principal, introduced the Heads of various departments and highlighted the institution’s commitment to academic guidance, mentorship, and a supportive learning environment.

The celebration was further enriched by the presence of Chief Guest Samuel Churchill, Founder of Leaders Group, Coimbatore, and Guest of Honour Sadam Hussain Ramasamy from GE Vernova, Bengaluru. Their inspiring messages motivated the young students to pursue their dreams with confidence, determination, and a positive attitude.

The programme also familiarised the freshers with the college’s academic environment, facilities, student clubs, extracurricular activities, and various opportunities for holistic development.
