Ather Energy Co-founder and CEO Tarun Mehta a pioneer in the EV two-wheeler industry in India, in a tweet on X, announced the launch of the new Ather Gold service centres – its highest-tier service experience yet.
The first Ather Gold service centre has been opened in Nashik, Maharashtra.
In his tweet, Tarun Mehta mentioned that Ather has always focused on service, and they’re upgrading the service experience further with the launch of Ather Gold Service Centres. These centres will feature upgraded and streamlined service processes, guided by a detailed service playbook.
ExpressCare, a 60-minute service designed to have the vehicle ready in just an hour, will also be available. Additionally, the centres will have well-trained staff, personally interviewed by Ather’s Bengaluru team and extensively trained in both soft and technical skills.
The Ather Gold Service Centre will also include a comfortable lounge for customers to wait in while their vehicles are being serviced, along with infrastructure that reflects the same immersive experience as Ather’s Experience Centres.
Ather currently has 215 service centres spread across India. Ather has also previously introduced various initiatives such as Ather Care service plans, Ather Service Carnival and ExpressCare service for their customers.
