Department of Visual Communication, Hindusthan College of Arts and Science (HICAS) in association with Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre, Chennai inaugurated the International Film Festival on 24th September 2024. The event was graced by the presence of the Chief Guests Nithilan Swaminathan, Film Director and Thangaraj, Former Secretary, ICAF, Chennai. Jone Antony Raja, HOD of the Department welcomed the gathering. Ponnusamy, Principal of the college gave the presidential address.
