Students of Yuvabharathi Public School brought laurels to the school with an outstanding performance at the CBSE Archery Nationals 2026, held in Panipat, Haryana, from September 21 to 27, 2026.
The school’s Under-19 Indian Round Girls’ Team, comprising Prakalya Muthukumar, Ashwika Muthukumar and Mythili Rajesh, clinched the Gold Medal in the Team Event, showcasing exceptional skill, precision and teamwork.
Adding to the school’s medal tally, Mythili secured the Individual Bronze Medal in the Elimination Round, further highlighting her impressive performance at the national level.
The school also achieved success in the Under-14 Recurve Bow Girls’ Team Event, with Pragathi, Reethika and Anjana Sri securing the Team Bronze Medal.
The young archers achieved these remarkable results under the guidance and coaching of Mr. Kishore Kumar R., whose dedicated training and mentorship played an important role in their preparation and performance.
