The Inauguration of the 12th Cohort – 2026 batch and Pre-Graduation Ceremony of the 2024 cohort of the BA (Hons) International Business program were held recently at PSG College of Arts & Science.
Jayanthi, Principal of the college, welcomed the gathering and highlighted the significance of international partnerships in nurturing globally competent graduates.
The inaugural address was delivered by Swathy Rohit, Founder and CEO, Health Basix, Coimbatore. Drawing from her entrepreneurial journey, she inspired students to embrace innovation, resilience, and continuous learning as essential qualities for success in the global business landscape.
This was followed by the announcement of scholarships for deserving students of the 2024 Cohort.
Kanchana, Director, PSG Institute of Advanced Studies, felicitated the graduating students and welcomed the incoming cohort while emphasising the value of international education, industry readiness, and lifelong learning.
Following this, Peter Andrews, Director – International & Partnerships, Hull University Business School, UK, shared valuable insights into student life, academic opportunities, international exposure, and career prospects at the University of Hull, offering students and parents a deeper understanding of the benefits of pursuing a globally recognised degree through the collaborative programme.
The formal session concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Mathipurani, Head, BA (Hons) International Business.
