Dr. Mathew Cherian, Chief of Radiology Services and Consultant Interventional Radiologist, Kovai Medical Center and Hospital (KMCH), has been awarded the prestigious Gold Medal at the Asia Pacific Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology (APSCVIR) conference held recently in Suzhou, China.

The Gold Medal is the highest international honour bestowed upon an Interventional Radiologist in the Asia-Pacific region, recognising individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, scientific contribution, and a lifelong commitment to the advancement of the specialty.
