Rotaract is the youth arm of Rotary International. The installation of new President of Rotaract International District 3206 took place recently in the city, where Rtr.Vijay Vignesh from the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Galaxy took charge as the president for 2026-27.
Rtn.R.S.Maruti, the District Governor of RI District 3206 congratulated the newly elected district office bearers at the ceremony that was held at Hindusthan College of Arts and Science.
At the occasion, a training seminar titled ‘Take Off,’ was also organized by the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Galaxy, PSG Krishnammal College, and Hindusthan College. It was attended by 1,200+ student delegates from various colleges in and around Coimbatore.
A press release mentioned that under the new Rotaract District President’s leadership, over 2,500 Rotaract members will unite to undertake various social service initiatives this year.
