TCS in Nashik to take strict action against erring employees, says Tata Sons Chairman Chandrasekaran
A controversial incident has reportedly occurred at the Nashik branch of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and an investigation is currently underway.
In a press release, TCS stated that the complaints and allegations emerging from its Nashik branch are “gravely concerning and anguishing.” The company emphasised that the matter is being treated with the utmost seriousness.
The release further noted that action has already been initiated against the accused employees, and TCS is extending its full cooperation to the ongoing investigation.

The Tata Group reiterated its zero-tolerance policy towards any form of coercion or misconduct by its employees. A thorough investigation is underway to establish the facts and identify all individuals responsible.
Aarthi Subramanian, Chief Operating Officer at TCS, will lead the investigation.
The company also stated that appropriate and stringent action will be taken against those found guilty. Any necessary process improvements or corrective measures will be promptly implemented and strictly enforced.
