At the recently concluded A Division League football tournament, Rathinam College Football Club (Rathinam FC) was crowned the Champion of A Division League.
The tournament was conducted by the Coimbatore District Football Association (CDFA) for the 2025–26 season, recently. Competing in a highly competitive league featuring 11 teams, Rathinam FC delivered consistent performance throughout the tournament, securing 9 victories and 2 draws, finishing the league unbeaten and accumulating 29 points to claim the top position in the standings.
The decisive final league match against PPTS SC concluded in a 1–1 draw, which was sufficient to confirm Rathinam College FC’s championship title as its total points of the league was 2 pts higher than its opponent.
