As a part of the International Women’s Day celebration, the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Cell & Women’s Empowerment Cell of Hindusthan Institute of Technology (Hindusthan IT) jointly organized an awareness program on Empowering Women and Girls through Legal Literacy and Protection Policies.
Kavitha Palanisamy, Advocate, Coimbatore District Court & Director of Lawgical Solutions took part as the Resource Person of the program.
She spoke about legal awareness and protection mechanisms for women and girls. Her presentation connected deeply with the audience by offering practical insights on fostering healthy and positive relationships.
Earlier, Prof. Kavitha from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering welcomed the gathering. C.Natarajan, Principal of Hindusthan Institute of Technology delivered the presidential address.
