Aswalt Praveenraj, a PGDBM student of PSG College of Arts and Science, secured a bronze medal at the Asian Open and Masters Powerlifting Championship 2025, held in Istanbul, Turkey, from 1 to 10 December 2025, with an impressive total lift of 925 kg. In individual events, he won a silver medal in Squat by lifting 405 kg, a bronze medal in Bench Press with 210 kg, and a silver medal in Deadlift with 310 kg.
