Pricol Limited, one of India’s leading auto component manufacturers, announced its results for the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26.
For Q2-FY26, Pricol reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹987.93 crores, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 51.97%. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹123.35 crores, up 41.59% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 12.49%.
Profit after tax (PAT) was ₹63.99 crores, marking a 41.98% increase, and basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) were ₹5.25, up 41.89% compared to the same period last year.
For the first half of FY26, the company posted consolidated revenue of ₹1,865.59 crores, a YoY growth of 48.89%. EBITDA for H1-FY26 was ₹225.22 crores, up 34.24% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 12.07%. PAT for the period stood at ₹ 113.88 crores, a 25.65% increase, and EPS (basic and diluted) was ₹9.34, up 25.54% YoY.
Q2-FY26 Business Highlights:
During Q2-FY26, Pricol declared an interim dividend of INR 2 per share (200%) for the financial year 2025-26.
The dividend will be paid to members and beneficial owners whose names appear in the register of members or the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the record date, November 14, 2025.
Pricol was recognised with several industry awards during the quarter. The company received the Innovation & Technology Excellence Award at the Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle Limited (TMPVL) and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited (TPEML) Annual Supplier Conference 2025.
It also won the Hero Innovation Award at the Global Supplier Meet 2025 for its commitment to developing smarter solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Additionally, Pricol was awarded the Supplier Excellence Recognition 2025 by Caterpillar Inc. (USA) for its exceptional work on the Caterpillar LPSD Water Pumps Project, highlighting quality, timely delivery, and innovative solutions.
The team CME Fortuners from Pricol’s Corporate – Manufacturing Engineering division received the Platinum Award at the 6th Edition of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Technology Competition 2025 in the Kaizen category for their innovative project “Auto Tell-tale ROI Teaching Using AI,” competing with 145 teams nationwide.
Pricol and its subsidiary P3L also secured multiple Gold Awards from prestigious industry forums, including the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) and the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA).
