KG College of Physiotherapy, Coimbatore, has been conferred with the prestigious Best Institution Award by The Tamil Nadu Dr. M. G. R. Medical University recently.
Padma Shri Dr. G. Bakthavathsalam, founder of the college, received the award from Ma. Subramanian, Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu, and Dr. Narayanasamy, Vice Chancellor and Director of Medical Services.

Among over 50 physiotherapy institutions affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M. G. R. Medical University in Tamil Nadu, KG College of Physiotherapy has emerged as the top institution, showcasing its dedication to providing high-quality education and fostering a culture of excellence.
After receiving the award, the college stated, “This esteemed recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in physiotherapy education and our relentless pursuit of innovation and academic excellence.”
