The Rotaract Clubs of Coimbatore Green City, Nehru College of Aeronautics and Applied Science, RVS Technical Campus, SNS College of Technology, and United College of Pharmacy, under the banner of Rotary International District 3206, jointly organised an event titled “Feed the Future” to mark World Food Day 2025.
As part of this initiative, the clubs distributed over 100 food packets to roadside and underprivileged individuals across various areas of Coimbatore, including Saravanampatti, Singanallur, Periyanaickenpalayam, Sulur, Ukkadam, and Kuniyamuthur.
The project aimed to raise awareness about global hunger issues and encourage community participation in the fight against hunger. Through this meaningful act of service, the Rotaractors highlighted the importance of compassion and social responsibility in building a hunger-free society.
