Rathinam College of Arts and Science, under the DBT Star College Scheme, recently organised a Capacity Building Program on “The Art of Writing Research Articles for High-Impact Journals” in collaboration with the Department of Mathematics and the Department of Management.
Sunilkumar, Assistant Professor, School of Management, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, graced the event as the resource person.
He delivered sessions on structuring scholarly articles, writing with clarity, and strategies for publishing in reputed journals.
More than 25 faculty members from prestigious institutions, including TNAU, MIT, and IIT Palakkad participated.
During the event, Sabareesh, Dean – Research & Development of the college, delivered the felicitation address, highlighting the importance of research integrity, innovation, and publication ethics in strengthening academic excellence.
The initiative was guided by Chief Patrons, Madan Sendhil, Chairman & Secretary, Rathinam Group of Institutions; Shima Sendhil, Trustee; and Manickam, CEO. The Patrons included Balasubramanian, Principal of the college; Suresh, Vice.
The program was convened by Jeyanthi Prasana, Head, Department of Mathematics and Kousalya Devi, Head, Department of Management, and coordinated by Udhaya, Assistant Professor, Department of Management, with the support of faculty members from both departments.
