KV Institute of Management and Information Studies organized an AI Tools Workshop – “AI Launch Pad (A Series to Ignite your AI Journey)” on 09.09.2025 at KVIM, aimed at giving students hands-on exposure to the latest Artificial Intelligence applications in business.
Participants were explained about the trending tools such as Notebook LM, Ai Studio, Lazy2.0, Replit.ai, Fastread.io, HeyGen, TailoredLabs, Threadmaster.ai, Claude, Astrid, 11eleven labs with demonstrations of how they enhance decision-making, data analysis, and creativity in professional settings.
The highlight of the session was the team-based hands-on challenge, where students created live demo for innovative business solutions using AI. The activity fostered collaboration, problem-solving, and data-driven thinking.
Students expressed enthusiasm for exploring advanced AI applications and appreciated the practical, interactive learning experience.
