The Department of Civil Engineering, Dr. NGP Institute of Technology, in association with Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology organized a national-level science exhibition for school and polytechnic students under the name “Young Innovators Summit in Transforming Ideas into Reality” recently.
The expo was inaugurated by Prabha, Principal, and Murali, Head, Department of Civil Engineering.
The expo was designed to provide a platform for school and polytechnic students to showcase their innovative scientific ideas and projects. The exhibition encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration, fostering a spirit of innovation while promoting practical applications of scientific concepts to address real-world challenges.
The first three prizes for the polytechnic category and school category were presented to the students by Prabha and Murali.
Nearly 80 students from various polytechnic colleges and schools participated in the expo and exhibited their projects.
The vote of thanks was delivered by the event coordinator Boobala Krishnan, Assistant Professor (SS), Department of Civil Engineering, NGP iTECH.
