CMS Group of Educational Institutions conducted its 19th Graduation Day on September 19, 2025, at CMS College of Science and Commerce, Coimbatore.
Vimalanand, Principal of CMS College of Science and Commerce, delivered the welcome address and urged students to uphold professional integrity and contribute meaningfully to the service of the nation.
The Chief Guest, Bharathi Harishankar, Vice Chancellor of Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, encouraged the graduates to embrace lifelong learning, foster innovation, and demonstrate ethical leadership in their respective career paths.
Vijaya Anand, Head of the Department of Human Genetics and Molecular Biology at Bharathiar University, was the Guest of Honour.
Gereesan, Chairman of CMS Educational and Charitable Trust, delivered the presidential address, highlighting the graduates’ determination and sharing inspiring stories of CMS alumni who have made a significant impact globally.
The ceremony honoured rank holders and students who demonstrated academic excellence across CMS College of Science and Commerce, CMS Institute of Management Studies, and CMS Academy of Management Technology. Medals were awarded to acknowledge their achievements. A total of 794 students were conferred degrees during the event.
The graduation ceremony was graced by distinguished office bearers of the CMS Trust, including Sajiesh Kumar, Vice Chairman; Chandrakumar, Secretary; Sandhya Menon, CEO of CMS Group of Institutions; as well as principals from various CMS institutions.
