Dr. NGP Institute of Technology (NGP iTech) inaugurated a six-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Introduction to Innovation Tools in the IDEA Lab” on 22nd October 2025, which will continue until 28th October 2025.
Sundar, Tech Guru, delivered the welcome address. Praveen Chakkravarthy, AICTE IDEA Lab Coordinator, delivered the keynote address, highlighting the importance of mentorship and innovation ecosystems.
Prabha, Principal of the college and Chief Mentor of the lab, emphasised the importance of fostering a culture of innovation in academic institutions. She emphasised the importance of hands-on learning, mentorship, and collaborative ecosystems in nurturing creativity, promoting entrepreneurial thinking, and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
