Neil Kikani, Director, Ragok Medicare Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the Chair of Young Indians, Coimbatore Chapter for the year 2025.
Neil Kikani, 4th generation entrepreneur of the Gopaldas Kikani Family, serves as a Director of Ragok Medicare Pvt.Ltd. & Executive Partner of the Kikani Group of Textile Processing (Shriji Corporation, Coimbatore Pioneer Mercerizing Co.).
Currently elected as the youngest Chair of the Young Indians-Confederation of Indian Industry (Yi-CII) Coimbatore chapter, he also has served as one of the youngest executive council members across leadership positions of various verticals.
Neil is a recipient of notable recognition and honours at a young age for his Entrepreneurial leadership & Design Thinking expertise. ‘Promising Entrepreneur of the Year’ was recently awarded.
Neil has been a professional badminton player, a design thinker & an avid corporate enthusiast, a voracious reader, an adventurer & traveller.

Rahul is a fourth-generation entrepreneur from a family renowned for its expertise in the steam boiler manufacturing industry (Jaya Boilers Pvt Ltd). Leveraging his global perspective gained through a Master’s in Global Business Analysis from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Rahul ventured into his entrepreneurial journey by founding Blenders Inc.
Blenders Inc. is a thriving food venture specializing in milkshakes and waffles, now in its seventh year of operation. Under Rahul’s leadership, the brand has grown significantly, expanding its presence across Coimbatore with plans to go to Pan India.
His Yi Journey started with being the Yi Nets lead at PSG College of Technology in the year 2008 and rejoined Young Indians as a member and has been part of several verticals as a core team member and executive committee member. He also chaired Coimbatore Vizha 16th edition during his tenure.
Rahul is also a passionate sports enthusiast who enjoys playing cricket and football and loves travelling and exploring new destinations to gain fresh perspectives.
