Work Easy Space Solutions (WorkEZ), one of India’s fastest-growing managed office space providers, has announced the signing of 1,00,000 sq. ft. in Coimbatore.
The new facility is strategically located at the entry point of Saravanampatti — the city’s most sought-after IT corridor and a hub for IT, GCCs, and fintech firms.
To announce this, a press meeting was held at The Residency Towers, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore, today (26th August 2025).

WorkEZ has committed to developing a total of 3,00,000 sq. ft. in Coimbatore. Phase 1, comprising approximately 1,00,000 sq. ft., is scheduled to go live by November 2025. The project has already received an overwhelming response from clients.
Over 90% of the space has been pre-committed, including a major deal with PwC (US division), making it one of WorkEZ’s most successful pre-leases in the managed office space market in Coimbatore.
Speaking about the initiative, Sunil Reddy said, “Backed by a strong clientele and a reputation for operational excellence, we have achieved impressive portfolio growth of over 45% year-on-year since inception, while maintaining an average occupancy rate of more than 90% across all our assets.”
WorkEZ is now poised to expand into major Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, with the goal of surpassing the 2 million sq. ft. portfolio milestone by the end of 2026.

With these expansions, WorkEZ projects ₹250+ crore in revenue from the Coimbatore market alone over the next five years.
