Aadhi Maruti Arena showroom at Saravanampatti celebrated Women’s Day on 8th March 2025. Srinivasan, Managing Director; Kalaivani Srinivasan, Joint Managing Director; and Padmanaban, Vice President of Aadhi Groups, graced the celebration.
During the event, female staff were recognized and shared their experiences of being women. The staff shared that they feel safer and more secure working at Aadhi Maruti, and they have gained boldness from being a part of Aadhi Maruti. Some shared their experiences through poetry.
The Managing Director, Joint Managing Director, and Vice President spoke on women’s empowerment, and their speeches were motivational and inspirational, said the staff.
The celebration ended with a cake cutting. To be noted, 40% of employees at Aadhi Maruti are women.
