Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies (VIMS), in collaboration with Vision 20Plus and Team, recently organised an Outbound Training program at Kotagiri, The Nilgiris, on July 26, 2025.
The program aimed to foster teamwork, leadership, and communication skills among the students. Through a variety of interactive and engaging activities, participants developed essential management skills and built strong relationships with their peers.
Following the training program, VIMS conducted a Public Speaking Skills program on July 28, 2025. Valarmathi, Director of VIMS, addressed the session and highlighted the importance of presentation skills for management students. Thanikaivel Pandiyan, Director of Vision 20Plus and Team, served as the resource person for the session.
The program was designed to equip students with the presentation skills and confidence required to communicate effectively in public. It covered important topics such as speech crafting, delivery techniques, and understanding the audience.
