TVS Motor Company launched its new electric scooter, Orbiter, in Tamil Nadu today at Hotel Le Méridien, Coimbatore.

The new scooter offers several segment-first features, including a 158 km IDC range, cruise control, hill-hold assist, a spacious 34-litre boot space (with twin helmet capacity), and a range of connected features such as geo-fencing, time fencing, towing alerts, and crash/fall alerts. It also introduces an industry-first 14-inch front wheel, designed to enhance stability and ride comfort.

With a modern and purposeful design focused on enhanced aerodynamic efficiency, the TVS Orbiter ensures superior comfort and utility with a straight-line footboard measuring 290 mm, a long 845 mm flat-form seat, and a ground clearance of 169 mm.

The scooter has been launched at ₹1,03,100 (ex-showroom, Chennai, inclusive of the PM e-Drive scheme).

Packed with advanced features such as a connected mobile app, edge-to-edge front combination lights with integrated indicators, a front LED headlamp with visor, a coloured LCD connected cluster with incoming call display, and a USB 2.0 charging port with an easy-access box, the TVS Orbiter aims to elevate customer convenience, comfort, and the overall riding experience.
