Tanny Shelters and the Tamil Nadu government exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), under which Tanny Shelters will invest ₹700 crore, generating 500 jobs through an IT park development.
The exchange took place during the TN Rising Investors’ Meeting held at Hotel Le Méridien on 25th November 2025.
Sivaraman Kandasamy, Managing Director of Tanny Shelters, exchanged the MoU with Darez Ahamed, Managing Director of Guidance, the state’s investment promotion and single-window facilitation agency under the Industries Department.
